Tyndale St-Georges Community Centre

As a non-profit organization, volunteers play a crucial role in our success. We rely on their support and dedication to ensure the smooth operation of various departments. The volunteers’ contribution is invaluable in helping us fulfill our mission and make a meaningful impact in the community we serve.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteering is a great opportunity for people to make a tangible impact on the lives of others, and to foster a sense of connection, empathy, and social responsibility. It also provides an avenue for personal growth, skill development, and expanding one's network. All volunteers must meet the following criteria:

  • Be 14 years of age or older
  • Submit to a criminal background check
  • Minimum 3-month commitment, 2 hours per week

Group/Corporate Volunteering

Corporate volunteering can take various forms, such as group volunteering events, skills-based volunteering, or ongoing partnerships with non-profit organizations. This type of volunteering not only benefits the communities served but also enhances employee morale, teamwork, and corporate social responsibility.
