We raise funds through a combination of Fundraising Events, Annual Campaigns and Appeals as well as major gifts requests to Foundations and Corporations

Great Canadian Giving Challenge
For several years Tyndale St-Georges Community Centre has participated in the #GivingChallengeCA! From June 1st to 30th, every dollar donated by you to Tyndale St-Georges through #canadahelps automatically earns us a chance to win an additional $10,000 donation!
Annual Appeals
Every spring and fall Tyndale St-Georges Community Centre solicits its donors for specific programs via the spring and fall appeals. These campaigns are essential and provide much needed program funding. Each of these campaigns has specific goals and objectives, which we outline in our solicitation package. Past Appeals
Welcome Back Matching Gift Campaign:
May – June 2020 This appeal was to raise emergency funding to help replace some of the lost event revenue due to cancelling fundraising events during the Coronavirus pandemic and to cover the increased operating costs to implement more stringent safety protocols after the Coronavirus lockdown, so the Centre could reopen for Summer Camp in June. Our goal was to raise $30,000 and we raised in excess of $45,500.45K Matching Gift Campaign:
November-December 2019 This appeal was to raise funds to match a generous donor’s offer to provide the initial $45,000 program funding to implement a new Artificial Intelligence and Digital Educational Initiative. The funds raised will also maintain and evolve the activities of the Early Childhood and Families, Youth and Families Departments. Our goal was to raise $90,000 and we raised in excess of $193,000. The AI program will be implemented in fall 2020 for the children in both the After School Program and the High School Perseverance Program.Partners and Supporters
